Single Serve Apple Crumble

I love this super easy apple crumble recipe, truly it could feed two people if you have any sense of self control… but if you’re like me you’ll want to keep it all to yourself, I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

Filling:

2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced into small cubes

2 tbsp granulated sugar

½ tsp ground cinnamon

Topping:

¼ cup all-purpose flour

4 tbsp granulated sugar

4 tbsp butter, melted

Optional: 1 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. To make apple filling: in a small bowl, toss apples with sugar and
cInnamon

3. To make topping: mix flour in and sugar, then add melted butter. Mix with a fork, until mixture clumps together into crunchy balls. If using
oats, mix in as well.

4. Sprinkle crumble evenly on top of apple mixture

5. Bake for 30 minutes, until topping is golden brown and apples are
tender

6. Serve warm and top with ice cream or store in fridge and consume
within 5 days
